Medium flame on kar kay pan ma oil daal kar payaz brown kar lay.
Brown payaz ma sliced tomatoes or biryani masala dal kar 1 se 2 min bhon lay.
Bhonay huwa masalay ma hari mirchay, carrot or potatoes daal daay.
Tamam cheezo ko achi tarah se mix kar kay tab tak pakaya jab tak carrot or potatoes soft hu jaya.
Phir capsicum or peas daal kar masalay ko 3 se 4 minutes tak bhonay.
Bhonay huwa masalay ma boil rice ki taah laga daay.
Taah lagay huway rice par 1 pinch food colour daal kar pan ko cover kar kay 5 min kay liye daam par rakh daay. (Low flame par)
5 min kay baad daam Kholay or flame off kar daay. MAZAYDAR vegetable biryani ready hia.
Sreveing platter ma nikal kar raitay or salad kay sath serve kary.
