  20. Take as per taste Garam masala/ Biryani masala
Instructions to make Veg pulav:
  1. Take a cooker put oil get hot add rice whistle the cooker Or you can cook in big vessel of you choice
  2. Now let the rice get cool take a bowl make them separate in two part now add food colour.
  3. Now take a pan add bay leaf, cloves, ginger-garlic paste saute it well that arome comes out now add onion.
  4. Now let onion get light brown now add veggies carrot, capsicum, peas, boil potato and green chili and stir all the veggies now add tomato let it mashed now add yoghurt 1 spoon and biryani masala.
  5. Now add salt if need and mixed the rice one by one.
  6. Cover the rice for a while and garnish with some cashew and fried onions.
  7. Serve it hot and with raita…
