The ingredients needed to make Squash Casserole:
  1. Get 2 large yellow squash
  2. Prepare 2 large zucchini
  3. Take 1 box jiffy cornbread mix
  4. Prepare 1 medium onion, chopped
  5. Take 2 clove garlic
  6. Get 1/2 tsp thyme
  7. Prepare salt and peppet
  8. Prepare 1 cup American cheese
  9. Get 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions to make Squash Casserole:
  1. Mix. Cornbread as directed.
  2. Dice onion, yellow sqaush and zucchini
  3. Boil the veggies until tender. Risen in cold water.
  4. Once cornbread is cool. Crumble cornbread. Mix in veggies, cheese, and chicken broth. Add thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place in a grease baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes on 350°F.
  6. Allow to cool and serve.
