Combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a food processor or blender. Layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Savory quiche, filled with spinach, Gruyere, caramelized onions, ham, bacon and mushrooms!

Instructions to make Spinach and Bacon Quiche:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Meanwhile, cut the spinach and bacon into bite size pieces and thinly slice the onion.
  2. Cut off the bread crusts if you prefer. Stretch the bread with a rolling pin.
  3. Mix the ★ egg, milk, and pizza cheese well together in a bowl.
  4. Heat the butter in the frying pan, stir fry the bacon first, then the onion, and then the spinach, in that order. Season well with salt and pepper. Transfer this to the Step 3 egg mixture and combine.
  5. Push the bread so that it lines the oven-proof dishes, then pour the Step 4 mixture over it evenly. Bake for 25 minutes and enjoy!

My version is made extra easy by using frozen pie crust, and most of the ingredients can be prepped ahead of time, making this a fabulous, easy meal!!
