Instructions to make Vegetable Manchurian Restaurant Style:
  1. Combine 2 tbsp cornflour and water in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Grate/finely chop the cauliflower, carrot, 3/4 onion, beans, 1 green chilli in a bowl.
  3. Now add maida, 3 tsp cornflour,salt and 1 tbsp black pepper powder. Mix well.
  4. Now make small balls from the dough. The dough should not be too tight or too soft.
  5. Heat the oil in a kadhai and put the balls one by one. Deep fry them until they become golden brown in colour.Now take them out and keep aside.
  6. Put 3 tsp oil in another kadhai and put finely chopped garlic. Fry them until they turn golden brown. Now add green chilies, 1/4 onion stir them for a few minutes. After that add capsicum.
  7. After 4-5 minutes pour soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and mix them and add water to it and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add the cornflour-water mixture mix well and cool for 3-4 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  9. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder and salt according to your taste.The gravy must be slurry in texture.
  10. Now add the balls, to the hot gravy, mix gently and cook for 1-2 minutes. - ‌Garnish it with green chilies or spring onion greens.
  11. You can have it with fried rice. Your restaurant style vegetable manchurian is ready.
