  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  9. Make ready 1 tsp Green chiili sauce
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Ketchup
  11. Take 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
  12. Get 1 tsp Organeo
  13. Take to taste Salt
  14. Make ready 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper Powder
  16. Prepare as needed Oil
  17. Take as needed Water
  18. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make Cheese Chilli (restaurant style):
  1. Firstly take a bowl…add 2 tsp besan,2tsp maida,1 tsp cornflour…and add spices…now add water slowly slowly and make a thick batter…now add panneer in batter and mix it gently
  2. Now take a pan….put the paneer in oil for fry one by one……..now put aside these paneer and chopped onion and capsicum….i prefer onions in two shapes(shown in pictures…one is chopped and one is shell shape)
  3. Take another pan for tadka..and add ginger garlic paste and capsicum…when capsicum cooked properly then add onions…now add soya sauce,ketchup,green chiili sauce,vinegar,and spices
  4. Now add chilli flakes and organeo and mix it properly…..now add some water and cook it till water evaporates
  5. When when water evaporates…add paneer and mix it gently…cheese chiilly is ready…add some arganeo for garnishing
