Instructions to make Chilli Paneer Restaurant Style:
  1. Add cornflour, gram flour, crushed black pepper, salt, turmeric powder and little water mix together to make a batter add paneer and coat the batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan for shallow frying, check if the oil is hot enough. Now fry the paneer in the hot oil. Stir and fry them until crispy. Drain to a kitchen tissue. paper
  3. Take a kadai at 2 tablespoon oil, at finely chopped garlic, then add cubed onion. Stir and fry for 3 minutes then add diced capsicum soute for 4 to 5 minutes. Add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and soya sauce, stir it to 2 to 3 minutes. Then add cornflour starch add paneer and cook it for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Taste the salt and if needed adjust it. Paneer chilli is ready to serve it with naan, fried rice, chapati etc
