Make ready 1 tez patta(bay leaf)
Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

In a bowl take 1 packet sour lassi add 8 to 9 spoon besan half table spoon turmeric one table spoon salt to the whisked lassi.stir and mix everything again. Add two to three glass of water and stir again.stir very well to make a smooth mixture without lumps.put the kadie on low medium flame add lassi mixture in it. keep stering for 20-25 minutes on medium flame
For Making pakora: Take 6 to 7 table spoon besan in a bowl add Half table spoon ajwain,black pepper,redchilli, Garam masala, turmeric.salt as ur taste.1/4 table spoon hing. Two chopped green chilli. 2onion chopped and 2 potato chopped. Mix everything well. Add water as Required to Make a thick Batter. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai. With a spoon put pakora batter in the oil.when the pakora are partly cooked Then turn over and fry the other side. Fry till the pakoras are crisp and golden.
Preparing Masala for kadhi: another pan heat 4 to 5 table spoon Mustard oil. Add one table spoon cumin seed 1/4table spoon methi seed 1/4 table spoon hing half table spoon turmeric, Black pepper. one table spoon Garam masala,1/2 table spoon red chilli powder.add 2dry red chilli,one tez patta.1- 2 table spoon amchur.fry on low flame.add 2 finely chopped onion.3green chilli stir and saute for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add 3 finely chopped Tomato. kept for 20 minutes on low medium flame.
You can also use mixer to make onion and tomato paste.Put the cooked masala into that prepared lassi mixture.
Now add the pakoras in the kadhi.stir gently and keep it covered for few minutes.add one table spoon Kasturi methi. Now our restaurant style kadhi pakora is ready
