Get 200 gms Fresh Button Mushroom

Take 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Prepare 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Get 1/8 Cup Fresh Green Chillies (Finely Chopped or slit lengthwise)
Take 1/4 Cup Spring Onions (Freshly Chopped)
Get 1/4 tbsp Black Peppercorns (Freshly Cracked)
Take 1/2 Cup Water
Make ready 2 tbsp Cornflour
Get 3 t all- purpose flour
Make ready 5-6 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions to make Chilli Mushrooms Restaurant Style:
Firstly, post washing the mushrooms- Add into it about 3-4 tbsps of water & mix well & then, add in the maida & cornflour to it & mix well until, its coated evenly on each one of them
Whisk in an egg with some salt & black peppers until frothy & mix it well alongwith the mushrooms to get properly coated with
Now, in a frying pan: Add in the oil over the medium-high flame & fry the mushrooms until golden brown & once done- Take them out on a kitchen towel & set aside
Now, in the same pan & oil: Over the medium heat- Add in the sliced onions with some salt & green chillies and sauté until translucent & releases nice aroma
At this point: Add in the Bell peppers, chopped garlic & ginger & sauté again for a minute or so- until the veggies are well cooked
Now, add in the dark soy sauce, freshly crushed black peppers, chilli sauce & rest all other ingredients aforementioned except the cornflour slurry
Mix everything well together until nicely combined- Add in the spring onions (greens), add in some water & give it a really good mix to be well incorporated
Reduce the flame to low-medium & cover the lid of the pan & cook it for another 5-6 mins time, stirring occasionally in between
Once done: Open the lid- Add in the cornflour-water slurry & mix nicely…Also, add in a tsp of White/Apple Cider Vinegar to it & give it a final good mix- everything, altogether & turn off the flame
Allow it to sit on the oven for about 10 mins time, on the standby position before serserving piping hot with the hot noodles, fried rice or similar
