  15. Take 75 gr shrimp, peeled, minced (can use food processor)
  16. Get 2 cloves garlic, minced
  17. Prepare 55 gr all purpose flour
  18. Make ready 1/2 tsp salt
  19. Prepare to taste White pepper powder
  20. Make ready 1 large egg
  21. Get 1 tablespoon water
  22. Prepare Soup ingredients:
  23. Take 2 lt chicken broth
  24. Prepare 1 Celery stalk, chopped
  25. Get 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  26. Get 2 cm ginger, crushed
  27. Prepare 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
  28. Make ready 2 tsp salt
  29. Prepare to taste white pepper powder
  30. Take 1/2 tsp sugar
  31. Get Green onion, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions to make Nasi Bakmoy:
  1. Heat about 1 tbsp oil. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant, add chicken, boiled egg and tofu, mix well. Pour water, mix well and cook until boiling. Add star anise, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and pepper. Mix well and cook until boiling and the sauce thickened. Add sesame oil, mix well. Taste it, add salt / sugar if necessary. Turn the heat off and set aside.
  2. Put minced shrimp and garlic in a bowl, then add flour, salt, pepper, egg & water. Mix well. Put about 1 tablespoon mixture to hot oil. Fry until cooked. Slice them. Put aside.
  3. Boil the broth until boiling. - Saute garlic & ginger until fragrant. Add into boiling broth. Add celery. - Season with salt, sugar & pepper. Cook again until boiling. Taste it. Set aside.
  4. How to serve : put cooked rice on a soup plate. Top with the chicken-tofu stir fry, egg, sliced shrimp fritter and pour the soup around. Sprinkle with some green onion.
