Make ready 1 bowl Long grain boiled rice
Make ready 2 Maggi Masala pouch
Prepare 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions to make Restaurant Style Fried Rice:
Heat refined oil in a kadai. Add chopped green chillies and chopped onion to the hot oil.
After 1 minute add chopped carrots, cauliflower, green peas, chopped beans, chopped capsicum, chopped cabbage, black pepper powder & green salt.
Fry it on high flame for 2 minutes.
After 2 minutes add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves,long grain boiled rice, Maggi Masala & salt.
Mix it well and then ready to serve.
