  15. Prepare 2 tbsp sesame oil
  16. Make ready 6 tbsp vinegar
  17. Take 4 tbsp soy sauce (shoyu)

  1. Lay boiled somen in a 9×13 casserole.
  2. garnish with remaining ingredients.
  3. Combine salad dressing ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Evenly distribute dressing over salad.
