  8. Get 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  9. Get 4 tablespoons Mirin
  10. Get Curry Powder 1 to 1 & 1/2 tablespoons (*Asian Curry Powder recommended)
  11. Take Salt *optional
  12. Get 2-3 tablespoons Potato Starch OR Corn Starch Flour
  13. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons Water

Divide among shallow bowls, top with chicken katsu and pour over hot curry sauce.   4. Place hot Udon in a large bowl, place sliced Pork Cutlet on top, then pour the curry mixture and sprinkle some finely chopped Spring Onion.
