Add spices. After one minute, add boiled eggplant, papdi, water and let it rise. Then add sweet potatoes, yam, potatoes and mix. Saute for 3-4 minutes.

To make puri, knead wheat flour. Make round small puris. Now deep fry the small puri.
Now put everything in a plate and serve with salad, papad, moriya, chutney.
