  12. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  13. Make ready as needed Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish

  15. Make ready as needed Raw mango - coconut chutney
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup grated coconut
  17. Make ready 1/4 cup grated raw mango
  18. Take 2-3 green chillies
  19. Take 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  20. Take 1 tbsp curd

Instructions to make Corn Mini Idlis:
  1. Add & heat ghee in nonstick pan, add & saute semolina in melted ghee for 5 mins. Cool it.Add coarsely grinded sweetcorn, crumbled paneer, finely chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves,salt and mix well. Add curd and keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. Brush oil on mini idli cavity mould. Add soda bi carb to corn - semolina idli batter. Fill this mixture in mini idli mould.
  3. Steam for 10 mins. Stand for 5 mins.
  4. In small tadka pan add,heat oil for tempering of mustard seeds as they splutter add/ pour on prepare corn mini idlis.
  5. Transfer them in serving bowl. Granish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
  6. To make raw mango- coconut chutney.. in mixer grinder add mentioned ingredients and grind to smooth paste. Remove in chutney bowl.
