when the tomatoes and garlic are ready place them in the blender along with the other ingredients and blend until smooth
put what was blended (the sauce) on the chicken and bring to a boil
after it boils put on super low heat, cover, and in 5min serve
fry the onion and garlic (if desired) until smell of garlic is out
Then add the chicken and salt until chicken is hot
