  2. Crackle the mustard seeds and add peanuts and roast it for 2 mins
  3. Add chopped vegetables
  4. Now add spices and mix well
  5. Rinse the poha in water till they soften
  6. Remove excess water and put poha in the pan and stir continuously
  7. Squeeze lemon and mix well and cover for 2 mins
  8. Poha is ready
  9. Garnished it with raisins and almonds
