  1. Get 70 gm basmati rice
  2. Take 100 gm paneer
  3. Prepare 10/12 Curry leaves
  4. Get 10 gm ghee
  5. Make ready 50 gm cabbage

  1. Cook rice separately in a vessel.Quantity of water while preparing rice should be double the content of rice (one cup rice then two cup of water)
  2. Put paneer in a vessel and add hot water. Take out paneer in fee min and cut into small cubes.
  3. While the rice gets cooked, take a pan add 1tb spoon of ghee, add curry leaves. Once the leaves starts leaving aroma add few cloves and cinnamon stick.
  4. Add paneer, saute it till it turns very light brown.
  5. Add masala powder (as per taste garam masala, biryani masala powder)
  6. Add cabbage and saute it till it gets cooked.
  7. Once cabbage gets cooked add rice to pan and mix it gently.
  8. Close the lid and leave for 2min. Quick and hot biryani is ready to be served.
