  22. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  23. Make ready 2 cloves garlic
  24. Get 1 tsp salt
  25. Take Green chutney tempering
  26. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  27. Get 1 tsp cumin
  28. Make ready 1 tsp mustard seeds
  29. Prepare to taste curry leaves
  30. Take Dosa
  31. Get TOOK READY MADE PACK..Easily available in supermarkets
  32. Prepare POTATO VEGGIE/aloo bhaji
  33. Prepare 3 boiled potatoes
  34. Get 2 sliced onions
  35. Take 1 tsp cumin seeds
  36. Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
  37. Get 1 tsp white lentils
  38. Take to taste Curry leaves
  39. Get 3 green chillis, chopped
  40. Get 1 tomato, chopped
  41. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic and chilli paste
  42. Take 1 tsp turmeric
  43. Prepare 1 tsp Chilli powder
  44. Take 1 tbsp salt
  45. Get to taste coriander leaves

It is very delicious and can be served with idli, dosa, vada. I make first two days idlies (after we keep in fridge,the batter raised will again shrink a bit in volume),and the remaining batter dosa,utappam or paniyaram… South Indian food includes the cuisines of the five states (Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana) of south India.   1. First prepare sambar..boil the lentils with 1 cup of water,turmeric and red chilli powder for 5 minutes…now add the vegetables, sambar masala, tamarind pulp,salt and cook for 10 mins
  2. Now heat oil and add the above TEMPERING for sambar and pour over the lentils….mix.sambar done…now grind all ingredients for COCONUT CHUTNEY and same way temper the chutney.POTATO VEGGIE heat oil in a pan add the curry leaves,chillies,cumin seed,mustard seeds,white lentils and let it crackle
  3. Now add in the sliced onions,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and give a mix..now add tomato, ginger garlic and chilli paste and saute few minutes and add the boiled potatoes…mix well and smash few pieces..now add some chopped coriander leaves
  4. Potato veggie ready.pic 2 I used this brand…readymade batter…easily available and affordable. Now make dosa same way we make crepes or pancakes,just dab the pan with little melted butter and pour 1 ladle of batter and spread through the pan and cover it with a lid
