  12. Make ready 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Green Chillies and - paste
  13. Make ready 2 - 3 Tomato boiled
  14. Get 2 tbsps Cashews poppy seeds and   paste
  15. Prepare 2 - 3 tbsps Fresh Cream -
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp Chilli powder -
  17. Get 1/2 tsp Turmeric -
  18. Get Garam Masala
  19. Get to taste Salt
  20. Get Kasuri Methi Dhaniya +
  21. Get 3 - 4 tbsps Ghee or Oil -
Steps to make Cashew Nut Kofta Curry:
  1. For making Kofta: Mix all the ingradients and make small balls. Fry these in oil at medium temp and keep aside.
  2. For making Gravy: Boil Tomatoes in water, mix in a blender jar and filter the gravy.
  3. Soak Cashews and poppy seeds and make a paste.
  4. Grind onion, Garlic,Chilli,Ginger and make a paste.
  5. Heat oil in Kadhai.
  6. Add whole spice like turmeric, red chilli powder, cummin seeds and Dhaniya seeds crushed.
  7. Add onion garlic paste, add tomato puree followed by cashew nut paste and fry for sometime, till it becomes thick.
  8. Now add all masalas and mix for more 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add cream and 1/2 cup water to make the gravy.
  10. At last add Kasuri Methi and coriander leaves to the mixture and bring it to boil. Remove the gravy from fire.
  11. In a serving bowl keep all Kofta's, then add gravy, decorate with cream and serve hot
