  19. Prepare 2 Tbsp olive oil
  20. Get Mozzarella cheese as required

The recipe that I am sharing today is called Dashimaki Tamago (だし巻き玉子) because of the addition of dashi. I give myself a B- for the first time trying to roll it in the pan. My tamagoyaki pan is coated, so it's pretty slippery… But it came out not-bad for a first try. Well, cook pasta with a twist!

  1. METHOD: - - Cook A. B. C. D. pasta in lots of salted water as per requirement. Drain it and set aside.
  2. Now heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard seeds, garlic and curry leaves. Let them sizzle for a min.
  3. Add in onions and saute for a min.
  4. Now add in all vegetables and saute for a min.
  5. Add in all spice powder and mix well. Add in tomato puree, salt and sugar. Add in 1 cup of water and cook till the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Now add in 1/4 cup more water and bring it to boil. Add in the cooked pasta and toss well. Let it cook and simmer for 5 mins or so, till the pasta absorbs the masala and all the masala gets stuck to the pasta
